Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Client-Side Local Storage

TimetablePro values your privacy. By default, all timetable data, subject names, instructors, room numbers, and color preferences you input are saved exclusively in your web browser's localStorage. No data is automatically sent or stored on external servers unless you explicitly share or save a URL.

2. Data Security & Backups

Because your data is stored locally in your web browser, clearing browser storage or cache will remove your saved timetables. We strongly recommend using the Export JSON Backup feature to save backups of your timetable files locally.

3. Third-Party Libraries

We use trusted open-source CDN libraries (Tailwind CSS, Font Awesome, SortableJS, html2canvas, jsPDF) to deliver styling and client-side PDF/Image generation. These libraries run strictly inside your browser window.
